Level up your Sunday roast recipe with these homemade roasties. Crispy, garlicky and perfect for dipping in PERinaise - you’ll wish every day was Sunday.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel the potatoes, then cut them into quarters (or thirds, if they’re quite small).
Pour the oil onto a large baking tray and add to the oven to pre-heat.
Put the potatoes into a large saucepan, fill it with cold water and season with salt. Bring it to the boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until tender when poked with a knife.
Drain the potatoes in a colander, then shake roughly and add to the baking tray. Make sure all sides are coated in the oil.
Cook for 35 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crisp, turning once halfway. After 30 minutes, sprinkle with the Garlic & Herb Flavour Shaker and toss. Then put them back in the oven for a final five minutes.
