Wing of Fire
Card games are a uni staple and for all you Ring of Fire or King’s Cup fans, we’ve made it even spicier. Get a Wing Roulette with Nando’s Delivery or Collect, grab your mates and a drink...
What you'll need
- Playing cards
- Wing Roulette
- Cups
- Your drink of choice*
How to play
Put a cup in the middle of the table and spread the cards around it - no gaps remember:
- Plate up your wings
- Go round the circle and take it in turns to pick a card. Check the rules to see what they mean
- Breaking the Wing of Fire: The first person to pull a card that breaks the ring has to down their drink
- The Final King: The person to pick up the final king has to drink the concoction in the cup in the middle
The Extra Hot rules:
- 2 = You: Choose someone to drink or take a wing
- 3 = Me: You have to drink or take a wing
- 4 = Thumb Master: You’re the thumb master until the next 4’s picked. Put your thumb on any surface at any point in the game, everyone has to copy you and the last person to catch on drinks or takes a wing.
- 5 = Anyone who’s had a wing has to drink
- 6 = Anyone who’s not had a wing has to drink
- 7 = (Halloumi) Sticks: The player who drew the card sticks their hand in the air, everyone copies and the last person has to drink or take a wing
- 8 = Mate: Pick someone to drink with you
- 9 = Rhyme: Say a random word and go round the circle, everyone has to say a word that rhymes until someone messes up
- 10 = Nando’s: Go round the circle and everyone has to say something related to Nando’s
- Jack = Make a Rule: The VUSA of cards. You make a rule and everyone has to obey
- Queen = Question Master: You’re the question master until the next Queen’s picked. If you ask someone a question and they answer, they have to drink or take a wing
- King = Pour: Add some of your drink (or go rogue and add PERi-PERi sauce) to the empty cup in the middle of the table
- Ace = Bottomless: The player who picks up the card starts drinking, then the person to the left starts drinking and it goes round the circle. You can’t stop until the person before you does
Continue until all cards are drawn. The game can end with the final King.
