Regional Managing Directors wanted in Thames Valley

As we spread the PERi-PERi goodness across the UK, we need Regional Managing Directors (RMDs) who have the passion, commitment and leadership to help our regional hubs grow. 

You’ll support the performance of between 6-12 restaurants, inspiring, motivating and coaching your restaurant teams and giving them the help, guidance and ideas that will enable them to create a wholly unique Nando’s experience. 

You’ll influence the four key areas of our operation – People, Product, Place and Performance – and encourage the behaviours that foster our values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family. Without them, we just aren’t the Nando’s our customers have come to know and love.
